About The Role
As we gear up for the launch of our $PMTO cryptocurrency, we are seeking an experienced brand manager to help market our platform and drive engagement through our social media channels. Responsibilities for this role include:
Create content and manage all social media channels. (X, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
Conduct consumer and market research.
Identify how our brand is currently positioned in the market.
Design a research-based brand strategy.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at communicating our brand message.
Communicate our brand personality internally and align the company around foundational ideas.
Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns.
Anticipate consumer trends and keep the brand up-to-date.
Qualifications
Minimum High School Diploma or GED Required
Bachelor’s Degree or higher a plus.
Minimum one year of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, demonstrating a successful track record in developing and executing brand strategies preferred but not required.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and content marketing, to enhance brand presence online.
Strong analytical skills to interpret market research and data, assess brand performance, and make informed decisions.
Ability to think creatively and innovatively to develop unique brand strategies and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey brand messages and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to identify challenges and develop effective solutions to maintain and enhance brand reputation.
Familiarity with the blockchain/crypto space is a plus!
Pay and Benefits
This is a part-time position that pays $150 - $300 per week based on several factors, including your experience, skills, and overall performance in driving brand initiatives. This total can also include a potential compensatory stake in our upcoming $PMTO cryptocurrency if desired.
